1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of this website and client portal operated by Fisco Insurance Brokers Ltd, an insurance brokerage licensed by the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) of Kenya. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Our Role as a Broker

Fisco acts as an independent intermediary between you and IRA-licensed underwriters. Insurance contracts are concluded between you and the underwriter named in your policy; Fisco is not the insurer and does not itself underwrite risk.

Quotations displayed or communicated are indicative until confirmed by an underwriter and may change based on the information you provide.

3. Your Responsibilities

Insurance is a contract of utmost good faith. You must provide complete and accurate information when requesting quotes, buying covers or filing claims. Non-disclosure or misrepresentation can void a policy or defeat a claim.

If you create a portal account you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

4. Website Content

Content on this site is provided for general information and does not constitute financial, legal or tax advice. Policy wordings issued by underwriters always prevail over summaries on this site.

All trademarks, logos and content are the property of their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Online Submissions

Quote requests, claim notifications and messages submitted through this site are received during business hours. A claim notification on this site is a first notice only — our team will confirm requirements and formal lodgement with your underwriter.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fisco is not liable for losses arising from reliance on general website content, interruptions to site availability, or matters within the underwriter's control (including claim decisions). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Kenyan law.

7. Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, contact us first at info@fiscoinsurancebrokers.co.ke or +254 712 770 999 — we take complaints seriously and respond promptly. You may also escalate to the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
